Our volume based Pricing
We price by volume — how much space your load takes in the trailer, not how long it takes or what it weighs.
Load Size:
1/8 load - A few boxes and a chair $125 (one truck bed)
1/4 load - $165
1/2 load - $265
3/4 load - $350
Full load - $425
Additional costs:
Distance 30+ miles out - $65
Stairs per flight - $25+
Price includes labor, loading, hauling, and disposal fees. No fuel surcharge unless you are further than 30 miles, no dump fee added later, no hourly billing.
Single-Item Pricing
Single Sofa or Sectional from $125. Treadmill or exercise equipment from $125. Hot tub demos from $450. If you have more than three items, volume pricing is almost always cheaper. Ask and we'll tell you which way is better for you.
Larger Jobs
Full property clean-outs, hoarding cleanups, lot clearing, and construction debris are quoted per job, not by the tier chart. Most residential clean-outs land between two and three loads depending on volume and access. Lot and land cleanups run higher and are quoted on site. Foreclosure, eviction, and estate work includes before-and-after photos and disposal receipts at no extra charge.
What Affects Your Price
Volume is the main factor. Beyond that: stairs or a second-floor carry, items that need disassembly, distance outside Loop 1604, and heavy material like concrete, tile, dirt, or shingles, which is priced by weight rather than volume. We'll tell you all of it before we start. The number we quote is the number you pay.
