We Work Under your Direction
Nothing leaves the property without confirmed instruction. We walk the home with you or your representative, agree on what stays and what goes, and stick to that list. If you're an out-of-state heir, we can handle the entire estate cleanout and send photo updates as we work — you don't have to fly in for it.
The do not remove room
Before we start, pick one room or closet as the do-not-remove area. IDs, legal papers, keys, recent mail, photographs, military and service records, jewelry, and small heirlooms go there. We don't touch it. Everything outside that space gets cleared.
What an Estate Clean-out Includes
Furniture, appliances, mattresses, clothing, kitchenware, garage and attic contents, shed and yard items, storage unit contents, and general household goods — whole-house clearing from top to bottom. Old paint, chemicals, and medications require separate handling; we flag those and point you to where they go.
