Titan Valet Services provides nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for apartment communities, condominiums, student housing, and HOAs across San Antonio and Bexar County. Residents set their bagged trash outside the door; we collect it and take it to your compactor or dumpster. No bags dragged through breezeways, no overflowing corrals, no maintenance staff pulled off work orders to manage it.
What It Saves Your Maintenance Team
Dumpster management, corral cleanup, and overflow control eat 10 to 20 hours a week on most properties. Valet trash takes that off your team's plate and puts it on ours. It's also a billable amenity — most communities pass the cost through and improve NOI while improving resident satisfaction at the same time.
How Service Works
Collection runs Sunday through Thursday, typically between 8:00 and 10:00 PM. Residents place tied bags in their provided container outside the door between 6:00 and 8:00 PM. We collect using leak-proof carts, so nothing leaks in a hallway or stairwell. Recycling collected alongside trash on service nights.
Schedules are flexible — three or five nights a week depending on what your community needs.
Bulk Pickup & Trash-Outs Included
Here's where we're different from the national valet companies. We already run junk removal and property cleanouts across San Antonio, so bulk items left at the corral, tenant abandonment, and unit trash-outs get handled by the same vendor on the same contract. You're not calling a hauler separately every time someone leaves a sofa by the dumpster.
