Refund Policy

Titan Valet Services LLC provides clear, small-business policies for junk removal and valet trash in San Antonio and Bexar County (Helotes, Leon Valley, Alamo Ranch, Stone Oak, and nearby suburbs). Pricing is confirmed up front from photos and site access; once items are loaded and hauled, sales are final. If access is unsafe or blocked, we’ll make reasonable efforts to reschedule; cancellations for ongoing valet-trash service follow the signed agreement. For one-time junk-removal jobs, payment is due at completion; non-payment may incur collection fees. We donate and recycle when feasible and operate fully insured.   1. Sales Are Final

    • Payments for services rendered under signed agreements, including valet trash collection and junk removal, are non-refundable.

    • Pricing is tailored to the needs of each client and adjusted as necessary during initial consultations to reflect the scope of work.

  2. On Demand Junk Removal Jobs

    • Payments for one-time junk removal services are final once the job is scheduled and confirmed.

    • If unforeseen circumstances prevent the service from being completed (e.g., access issues, unsafe conditions), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide exceptions.

  3. Cancellations

    • Valet Trash Services: Cancellation of ongoing valet trash services is governed by the terms in your signed agreement and may include applicable fees for early termination.

    • Junk Removal Jobs: No Cancellation fees - Please call

  4. Add-Ons and Adjustments

    • Any service upgrades, add-ons, or adjustments requested after an agreement is finalized will be billed separately. These charges are non-refundable once invoiced.

    • We reserve the right to charge for additional items not mentioned in original quote - We're happy to do a thorough job but please inform us properly of everything that needs to be removed so we can equally meet the expectations.

  5. Service Commitment

    • While refunds are not available after services have been rendered (junk is removed), we are committed to resolving any issues or concerns regarding the quality of our services. Please contact us directly, and we will work in good faith to resolve any issues.

  6. Payments

    • For one-time services (Junk Removal): Payments for these jobs are usually accepted in full before, during, and after completion of the agreed service. Failure to pay after completion of service may result in additional fees for collections or legal recovery.

    • Non-Payment: In the event of non-payment, Titan Valet Services LLC reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies, including collection of any unpaid balance plus applicable fees.
